1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShiftDrop Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions & Billing (RevenueCat)

ShiftDrop Pro offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions processed securely through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.

• Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

3. Disclaimer of Financial & Tax Advice

ShiftDrop Pro provides automated calculation tools for HMRC AMAP mileage and estimated tax liabilities for informational and record-keeping purposes only. We are not registered financial advisors or accountants. You remain solely responsible for your own HMRC tax returns and compliance.

4. Limitation of Liability

ShiftDrop Pro is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app, GPS tracking errors, or data loss.
